I am writing to recognize the outstanding efforts of my Realtor, Bonnie Slothower on the recent sale of my last home and purchase of my current home.  Bonnie has been my Realtor since my first home purchase in 1997 and was whom we chose to sell that house and purchase a new house in 2004.  We called upon her expertise again in March when we decided to put our house on the market and “see what happens.”  To say that Bonnie went above and beyond the call of duty would be a major understatement.  My last home sale and subsequent purchase was probably the most stressful time of my life and I truly don’t think I could have survived it if it were not for Bonnie’s guidance, care, knowledge and experience.  She handled every hurdle we faced professionally, yet compassionately.  She always wanted what was best for us and did not pressure us to do something we weren’t sure of.  She put so much time and effort into selling our home and helping us find our “dream home.”  We looked at 52 houses, some two and three times, in the period of two months.  She truly made me feel like I was her only client and was always there for us.  We ended up in a bidding war for our house, as two other people felt it was there “dream home” too.  I truly believe that a big reason we were the ones who got the house is due to Bonnie.  After 52 houses and finally finding the home we wanted with only four days to be able to take advantage of the tax credit, Bonnie made it happen.  Bonnie truly is the epitome of what a real estate agent should be and there are no words to express my gratitude to her for making our dream home a reality.
