Bonnie has been selling real estate in the metro Denver area for 30 years. She and many
of her buyers experienced the 14% interest rate loans in the 1980’s. Seventy per cent of
her business comes from past clients, friends, and referrals from both.

Bonnie has a degree in English, speech, and education from the University of Iowa. She is
a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and conscientiously continues her education as the
market and our economy changes. Active in the real estate community, she is networked to
hundreds of other real estate experts and is a broker/owner with Metro Brokers Marina
Square where 88 brokers office and share ideas, education, and support.

Bonnie has two grown children and four small grandchildren and is married to her longtime
partner Doug. He is an expert at managing not-for-profit trade organizations, now retired
and on call for consulting. He is also an assistant in all things associated with Slothower &
Company. Bonnie has sold homes in virtually all metro neighborhoods from Loveland to
Castle Rock and everything in-between. She is very knowledgeable about the amenities,
retail stores, theater, family resources, school systems, and the great restaurants that
